What is a memorial bust?

A memorial bust is a custom sculpture of your pet's face or bust, produced from a photo you provide. Each piece is unique and made with a premium marbled-texture resin finish.

How do I send my pet's photo?

After completing your purchase, you will receive contact via WhatsApp or email to send the photo. We recommend front-facing, well-lit photos, preferably with the animal's face prominent.

What is the production time?

Production time is 10 to 15 business days after digital sculpture approval. After shipping, delivery time depends on your location.

Can I see the sculpture before it's produced?

Yes! We send a digital preview (3D render) for your approval before we start printing. We only produce after your confirmation.

Can I cancel the order?

Orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 24 hours after payment confirmation, provided production has not yet started. Once the digital sculpture has begun, cancellation is not possible.

What is the size of the bust?

The standard size is approximately 15 to 20 cm in height. Contact us via WhatsApp if you need a custom size.

Which pets do you reproduce?

We reproduce any pet: dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and others. Contact us to confirm the feasibility for breeds with very specific characteristics.
