Exchange and Return Policy

Lumus Ateliã complies with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90). Please read carefully before finalizing your order.

Customized products

As they are pieces produced exclusively from a photo sent by the client, memorial busts are considered customized products. In accordance with article 49, sole paragraph of the CDC, custom-made items are not subject to the 7-day right of withdrawal.

Return due to manufacturing defect

If the product arrives with a printing defect, damage during transport, or a significant difference from what was approved, the customer must:

  1. Photograph the product upon opening the package
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt
  3. Await our analysis (up to 2 business days)

If the defect is confirmed, we will remake the piece at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Cancellation before production

Orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 24 hours after payment confirmation, provided that production has not yet begun. After the start of digital sculpting, cancellation is not possible.

Is there a minimum order for businesses?

We do not require a minimum order. We fulfill orders from a single item to corporate batches. The larger the volume, the better the commercial terms.

What is the delivery time for corporate orders?

The standard turnaround time is 7 business days. For bulk orders, the deadline is agreed upon at the time of quotation. We offer express turnaround for urgent cases.

Can I include my logo or personalization on the item?

Yes! We offer full customization: engraved logo, corporate colors, employee name, or company mascot. Just send us the files, and we'll do the rest.
